The Funqtio Running Academy in a nutshell:
- From 5 September until the Arrow Venloop, there will be a range of weekly training sessions led by expert trainers.
- You are guaranteed a place in the Arrow Venloop. This is included in the prize.
- You will receive (as soon as it is available) the latest Venloop running shirt.
- You will receive information on training theory, nutrition, clothing, injury prevention and related topics.
- There is joint participation in and coaching for various warm-up matches.
- You can take part in the traditional Venloop Pasta Party free of charge on the Saturday before the Arrow Venloop.
- You’ll receive a lovely welcome gift
- You can have a vitality check at Maashof Health Club
- Funqtio will provide you with support if you have any physical symptoms

Please note: Participants in the Funqtio Running Academy will receive a special code allowing them to register free of charge for a distance of their choice at the Arrow Venloop. Participants will receive further information about this in early November!
