What if I do not receive my Arrow Venloop starting number by post on time?

First check your enrollment confirmation to see if you will be sent your starter pack. If you actually get it sent to you, but did not receive it in the mail on time, please report to the Trouble Desk at the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Juliana Park. Runners can come here on the Friday or Saturday before the event, between 12:00 – 17:00 or Sunday, the day of the event, between 09:30 – 14:00
