In the event of extreme weather conditions the organisation maintains the right to cancel the event. We also ask all participants to monitor the weather on the race day and adapt their clothing, food and drinks accordingly. A cancellation can be submitted by sending an e-mail to kwaakerrun@venloop.nl. If we are informed of your cancellation no later than 2 weeks before the start of the event the fee will be refunded minus \u20ac5 administration fee. In compliance with our general terms and conditions, no fees will be refunded for cancellations after this time. If this is the case, we advise you to find someone to transfer your starting place to.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

For example, traffic controllers will be present at busy crosswalks to ensure safe crossing. Always follow their advice.
