Arrow Venloop Half Marathon sold out!

The Van der Valk Hotel Venlo Half Marathon of the Arrow Venloop is completely sold out! In just two months, all individual starting permits have been allocated.

On Sunday, March 29, 2026, more than 12,000 participants will appear at the start. A clear sign of the unprecedented enthusiasm for the fast and atmospheric course of the Arrow Venloop.

Chairman Erik Schnock responds enthusiastically: “We are incredibly proud that the Van der Valk Hotel Half Marathon is once again so popular and has sold out two months earlier than the previous edition. The fact that so many runners have registered shows how much people from home and abroad hold this event dear to their hearts. It promises to be another wonderful day, in the heart of and together with the city of Venlo.”

From loyal participants to international top athletes: runners from more than 35 different countries will be at the starting line. During the Arrow Venloop, Venlo will be buzzing with sports and excitement, with an extensive program for young and old. Although the half marathon is sold out, there are still starting places available for the other distances, such as the 5 km, 10 km, and various youth events.

The Arrow Venloop has become an established name on the running calendar, with last year’s edition featuring a fantastic Dutch championship half marathon. Thanks to the fast course, the extensive program from Wednesday to Sunday, and the impressive crowds lining the route, we continue to grow in quality every year. We are proud of that.
