How can we help you?

Sport is for everyone!

At the Venloop, we firmly believe this. Which is why we organise the Scelta Mushrooms G-run every year, on the Sunday of the Arrow Venloop event. The Scelta Mushrooms G-run is a 1 km run for everyone, aged eight and above, who have a mental and/or physical disability.

Afterwards, Scelta Mushrooms will treat all G runners to a delicious cup of soup and a sandwich. So that everyone can enjoy and reflect on their achievements together!

Starting location

Since 2022, we use the campus of the University of Maastricht in Venlo as our starting location:

This address is very close to the start of the event. We can gather here from 10:00am and are able to leave all our belongings there during the run.

Then, at 10:15am, all G runners will walk together to the designated starting area for G runners. The event will start at 10:40am.

When all G runners have crossed the finish line, they will then walk together and under escort back to the Nassaustraat. This is where all participants will be presented with their well earned medals.

Registration

Registration is possible from 1 August at 00:00. The Early Access registration rate is €7.50. From 1 December the Premium registration rate of €8.50 applies and from 1 March the Last-Minute rate of €10.00 applies. Premium or Last-Minute registration is only possible if a distance has not yet reached the maximum number of participants during the Early Access round.

Wristbands

As a G runner, you will receive three wristbands upon registering. One wristband for the participant and two for parents and/or support workers. Parents/support workers may also run with you, as support. After all, you experience the Venloop together. The wristbands also serve as entry tickets to the building on the Nassaustraat.
