Registration

Walk against cancer
Register through KWF, raise a minimum of 500 euros in sponsorship money before February 1st and KWF rewards you with a free ticket and a Walk against cancer-shirt. Your participation makes a difference for everyone affected by cancer. With your own personal fundraising page, raising money for KWF is easier than you think!

The next edition of the Neptunus Walk will take place on Saturday 20 March 2027.
Registration for 2027 will open on 1 August 2026 at 00:00.

Participants can choose from the following distances:

The Venloop Walk & Wheels is a walk for the disabled. This route is 8,5 km long. Carers/supervisors may participate free of charge.

*Rate 2 and 3 is only possible if a distance has not yet reached its maximum number of participants during Rate 1.

Registration

Registration for the Neptunus Walk opens at 00:00 on 1 August.

You can register individually, but if you intend to participate as a group it is easier to use the group form.

Registration for companies

Group registration
Would you like to register several colleagues? If so, please use the ‘Register Business’ form. This allows you to easily register an entire walking group.

With a group registration, your company automatically becomes a Walking Participant Sponsor of the Arrow Venloop. The sponsorship package consists of 10 entry tickets, promotional opportunities during the Arrow Venloop and invitations to our sponsor evenings.

Associated fees:
• Sponsorship package (incl. 10 walkers): €375
• Additional walker: €25 per person
• Postage for race numbers: €5 per walking group
Prices are exclusive of VAT.
