Group registrations for the March 25, 2023 walk will open at 00:00 a.m. on August 1, 2022.

Businesses and walking groups can sign up as a walking group for the Neptune Walking Tour. There are two different forms for this. A form for private participants such as friends and/or family. The form for private participants can be found here when registrations open. Companies wishing to walk with a group can register using the “group registration companies” form.

For both forms, a team consists of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 99 walkers, with participants in one team not all having to participate in the same distance. With fewer than 99 participants, in principle only one team needs to register. After registering the walking group(s), the contact person will receive an access code that can be used to add participants to the walking group.

The participation fee is the same as the cost of regular hike registrations. Each walking group will be charged a $5 fee to cover shipping costs for all starter kits. After registration closes, registration fees for private groups will be collected by direct debit. Registration fees from companies will be billed by invoice.
