With this they help you to stay or become physically and mentally fit. The measurement consists of a weight, height and blood pressure measurement and then a scan. From this you will receive personal report, which gives you insight into your own vitality. Our coach will report this together discuss with you and give personal tips and advice in the field of nutrition, exercise, stress, relaxation and sleep.
