Start times

The start times on Saturday, March 29th are:

• Marathon: 07:00 – 08:00
• 30 km: 08:00 – 09:00
• 20 km: 10:00 – 10:30
• 10 km: 11:30 – 12:00
•  Walk & Wheels: 13:00

End Time

Participants in all distances must finish no later than 17.00.

Venloop polo shirt

 This year you can order a great, Venloop polo shirt when you register. You can order men’s and women’s shirts in a variety of sizes. Shirts can be ordered as long as stocks last using the registration module or via our webshop. As soon as the shirts have been delivered, they will also be on sale at the Venloop office on Koninginnesingel 14 in Venlo during office hours.

Medal engraving

You can have your brand new medal engraved after your participation in the Neptunus Walk. The people at Winterman Sport will gladly put your name and finish time on your medal. This way, you will have a unique medal and a beautiful memory of your participation.

You can order an engraving during your registration, it costs €9,-. If you did not choose this during your registration, but still think it would be a nice addition? You can report to the Winterman Sport stand on the day itself, in the tent opposite the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in the Julianapark. If you decide afterwards to engrave your medal, the cost for this is €10.50. Please note that engraving your Neptunus Walk medal is only possible on the day of the event itself.

Nice to know:  Neptunus Walk

• There are plenty of opportunities to take a break along the route, some with catering. There are also toilets at the several of these points.
• Various event partners will provide the walkers with tasty and healthy refreshments along the route. Prepare  to be surprised!
• The walk starts and finishes in front of the Limburg Museum, Keulsepoort in Venlo.
• The route is signposted and runs through varied landscape, consisting of asphalt roads, unpaved roads and narrow woodland paths. Be prepared and wear appropriate footwear.

Breakfast Buffet

Just like last year, you can enjoy breakfast before the start  of the Neptunus Walk from 06.00 to 11.30, at the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Julianapark. The breakfast buffet costs € 15,- and features: 

•     Fresh coffee/tea
•     Milk
•     Orange juice
•     Fried eggs and bacon, cooked to order by our chefs
•     Assorted white and brown bread rolls
•     Assortment of white and brown bread
•     Assortment of freshly baked crispy rolls
•     Various types of meats and cheeses
•     Freshly baked croissants
•     Boiled eggs
•     Assortment of sweet spreads
•     Butter

You can place your breakfast order when your register, automatically linking it to your registration. If you have already registered for the Neptunus Walk and would like to enjoy the Venloop breakfast, or if you would like to bring along someone who is not taking part in the walk, order your entrance ticket via our  webshop.

Pasta Party

You burn a lot of carbohydrates while walking. Carbohydrates are your main energy source when you take part in exercise.  It is important to have a sufficient stock of carbohydrates for a successful walk. So you can perform to the max and replenish them after the walk.

The organisers of Venloop are holding a pasta party in the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Julianapark from 19.00 on the Saturday evening of the Arrow Venloop weekend. Join the other walkers and runners, including the national and international Venloop elite field, and enjoy unlimited delicious pasta and soak up the atmosphere that promises a fantastic Arrow Venloop weekend!  In the company of other hikers and runners, including the national and international Venloop Topveld, you can eat unlimited delicious pasta this evening and enjoy a cozy atmosphere that promises nothing but good for the rest of the Arrow Venloop weekend!

Tickets for the Pasta Party can be ordered during registration. The ticket will then be automatically linked to your registration. Have you already registered for the Neptunus Walk and would you still like to participate in the Venloop Pasta Party, or would you like to take someone who does not walk with you, order your admission ticket via our webshop.
