Where do I find my personal dashboard?

You will find your personal dashboard in the confirmation e-mail or at www.atleta.cc/me.

How can I cancel?

You can cancel by sending an e-mail to inschrijven@venloop.nl. Until 31 December, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a €5 administration fee in accordance with our general terms and conditions .

I want to change my distance, is that possible?

Through your personal dashboard, you can change the distance of your participation as long as the new distance is not sold out.

Where can I make changes to my registration?

Through your personal dashboard, you can make changes to your registration. Here you can also add extra products to your registration, such as sending your start number, a t-shirt or medal engraving.

Can I offer my start number for sale?

It is possible to offer your start number for sale through the Resale platform. This is the only official way to offer a start number for sale. The Resale platform is open from 1 February to 15 February and can be found on our website. You can easily offer your start number for sale via your personal dashboard.

What is the best way to travel?

Public transport! Venlo railway station is just a 4-minute walk from the event site.

I will come by car anyway, where can I park?

The Venloop offers three no-obligation parking spaces for participants. Please note: full is full. It is not possible to reserve a spot and spaces are limited.

P1: Stadion de Koel and surroundings P2: Canon, Venlo-Noord P3: Fontys

Previous editions have shown that parking spaces fill up around 11:30. It is therefore advisable to travel by public transport.

How do I receive my start number?

Have you chosen to send it? You will receive your starting number in the first week of March.

Have you opted for pick-up? Walkers can pick up their start number on Friday 27 March from 09:00 to 17:00. Runners can collect their start number on Saturday 28 March from 12:00 to 17:00.

The start number can be collected from the registration desk. This is located in the Ewals Cargo Care Pavilion, situated in the Julianapark in Venlo.

Would you rather have your start number sent to you anyway? You can add this option to your registration via your personal dashboard until 15 February.

I have not received my start number, now what?

First check via your personal dashboard whether you have chosen to send the start number. If you have not received your starting number on time, you can report to the service desk of the registration office. Here you will receive a new starting number so you can still participate.



The service desk is located in the Ewals Cargo Care Pavilion in the Julianapark in Venlo.

Does post-registration take place?

Registration is only possible online as long as a distance is not sold out. On-site registration is not possible.

Is there a waiting list by distance after selling out?

No, there is a waiting list. Cancellations have already been taken into account when determining the maximum number of registrants. From 1 February to 15 February, the resale platform is open where cancelled participants can offer their start number for sale. You can find the resale platform on our website.

Is it possible to combine a shipment?

Each registration is considered individual. It is therefore not possible to combine a shipment to one address.

Where can I buy Venloop merchandise?

You can buy Venloop merchandise in your personal dashboard or in our webshop. During the event, there will also be a Venloop stand in the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion.

Can I swap Venloop merchandise?

Yes, you can. You can swap ordered t-shirts or other items at the Venloop office, Koninginnesingel 14 in Venlo or during the event (while stocks last). If in doubt, please contact us first via info@venloop.nl

Where is the registration office located?

The registration office is located in the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Julianapark (on Deken van Oppensingel) between the start and finish. Collect your race numbers from here. Walkers can collect their numbers here between 9.00 – 17.00 on the Friday before the Neptunus Walk or from 6.30 on Saturday. Runners can collect their race numbers between 12:00 – 17:00 on the Saturday before the event and between 09:30 – 14:00 on the day of the event. The race numbers for participants in the Newtone Business Run will be delivered to their company.

What if I do not receive my starter package for the Neptunus Walk by post in time?

First check your enrollment confirmation to see if you will be sent your starter pack. If you actually get it sent to you, but did not receive it in the mail on time, please report to the Service Desk at the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Juliana Park. Walkers can visit on the Friday before the Neptunus Walk, between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., or on the Saturday of the event starting at 6:30 a.m.

What happens if there is extreme weather on the day of the event?

In the event of extreme weather conditions the organisation maintains the right to cancel the event. We also ask all participants to monitor the weather on the race day and adapt their clothing, food and drinks accordingly. The organisation will always do its upmost to adapt the event to the weather conditions.

How can I cancel my registration?

A cancellation can be submitted by sending an e-mail to kwaakerrun@venloop.nl. If we are informed of your cancellation no later than 2 weeks before the start of the event the fee will be refunded minus €5 administration fee. In compliance with our general terms and conditions, no fees will be refunded for cancellations after this time. If this is the case, we advise you to find someone to transfer your starting place to.

I want to change my distance/event of the Neptunus Walk. Is this possible?

You can change your distance until pre-registration closes. You can change to a shorter distance yourself using the change link provided in your registration confirmation. Please note: the difference in registration fee will not be refunded. To change to a longer distance, please contact us via the contact form. Has pre-registration already closed? Then you can no longer change your distance. In this case, you can transfer your current starting ticket to another person by means of the transfer form that will come online in early March. You can then sign up again for your desired distance, as long as it is not yet full.

Where and when can I pick up my starter pack of the Neptunus Walk?

Start packages to be picked up will be ready at the Ewals Cargo Care Pavilion in Juliana Park. Walkers can visit on the Friday before the Neptune Walk, between noon - 5 p.m. or on the Saturday of the Neptune Walk itself, starting at 6:30 a.m.). Julianapark is located between the Deken van Oppensingel and the Burgemeester van Rijnsingel in Venlo.

Where does the Tuincentrum Leurs Walk start?

The start of both the walk on Saturday and the runs on Sunday is Pastoor Kierkelsplein 20, Venlo in front of the Bantuin community hall.

Can I exchange my ordered shirt?

You can exchange the shirt you ordered (while stocks last), but only if the shirt is still in the original packaging and within four weeks of delivery. Return the shirt in the original packaging to the Venloop office at Koninginnesingel 14, 5911 KB Venlo. Please enclose a note stating your name and address details and, of course, the size you want. We will then send you a shirt in this size (if in stock). You can also visit the office personally to exchange the shirt. We are open from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. We advise you to contact us in advance to check whether the size you want is still in stock.

Where can I park on the Sunday of the Gipmans Young Plants Kwaakerrun?

On the Sunday of the Gipmans Young Plants Kwaakerrun, part of 't Ven is closed to traffic. It is then useful to park the car outside this area, for example at Trefcenter or Tuincentrum Leurs and to walk the last part.

If you are unable to participate in the event, you can cancel your registration by contacting us via the contact form on our website. In case of cancellations that are known to us no later than two weeks before the event, the paid registration fee minus € 5 administration costs will be refunded. In case of cancellations less than two weeks before the event, the paid registration fee will not be refunded. This also in accordance with our general terms and conditions. In that case, it may be better to find someone yourself who wants to take over your starter package.

May I run with my child during the youth runs?

We have three different youth runs, namely the 500 m run (ages 4 to 6), the 1 km run (ages 7 to 9) and the 1 km run (ages 9 to 11). Participants 12 and older can participate in the 2.5 km. For youth runs up to age 6, a parent may run with you. For children 7 years of age or older, this is not allowed.

Will I be sent my start number?

This depends on the choice you made in this during your enrollment. If you are no longer sure, please check your registration confirmation or send an email to kwaakerrun@venloop.nl.

How can I cancel my registration?

If we are informed of your cancellation no later than 2 weeks before the start of the event the fee will be refunded minus €5 administration fee. In compliance with our general terms and conditions, no fees will be refunded for cancellations after this time. If this is the case, we advise you to find someone to transfer your starting place to.

When does the Venloop breakfast take place?

Prior to the Neptune March, you can enjoy a delicious Venloop breakfast at the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Venlo's Julianapark on Saturday from 6 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Participating in the Neptune Walk requires a lot of energy, so start your day off right with a fresh and hearty Venloop breakfast at the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Juliana Park prior to the Neptune Walk. Together with friends, family and many other hikers, enjoy à la minute fried eggs with bacon, crispy croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice and all the other goodies offered during the extensive breakfast buffet. You can purchase a ticket during your registration or through our web shop for €17,- per person.

Can I transfer my starter pack to another hiker?

You can transfer your start number to another participant via a form that will come online in early March. In accordance with our terms and conditions, this is also the only permitted way to transfer your start number. The original participant's name will be printed on the start number, however, the new participant will appear under his/her own name in the results list. Please note that the new name will not be displayed at 'check enrollment'. It is important to note that you can only transfer the start number once and it is not possible to change the distance. The new participant must complete the transfer form. In doing so, you do need some information from the current participant, namely the start number, zip code and date of birth. Under no circumstances does the organization pass on participant data or mediate between participants with respect to transfer. For the transfer, €3 will be charged by one-time automatic debit. Upon completion of the transfer process, you will receive a transfer confirmation email. Finally, participants should make sure among themselves that the start number reaches the correct (new) participant, as it is not possible to pass on a change of address for this purpose. Venloop Foundation does not intervene in the transfer of a start number. Participants are responsible for the proper registration and transfer of the physical race number.
